With in-house R&D, optical design, electronics development, and production facilities, ERDI provides full-stack OEM/ODM customization and delivers reliable, industrial- and military-grade laser solutions.
What after-sales service does ERDI provide?
ERDI offers a comprehensive after-sales service policy:
- 30-day trial period: You may return the product for a full refund if it is undamaged.
- 1-year free replacement: Non-man-made failures are eligible for direct product replacement.
- 2-year warranty: Full coverage for manufacturing defects, technical support, and repair services.
Does ERDI offer technical support?
Yes. ERDI’s team of optical, electronic, and algorithm engineers provides full technical support, including integration guidance, protocol debugging, structural adaptation, and field testing assistance.
Does ERDI support OEM/ODM customization? What is the MOQ?
Yes. ERDI provides full-chain OEM/ODM services, covering customized functional parameters such as ranging distance, accuracy, frequency, Bluetooth connectivity, communication protocols, and more. The minimum order quantity typically starts from 5–10 engineering samples, depending on the complexity of the project.
What is the development lead time for custom projects?
Standard products ship immediately. Custom projects usually deliver prototypes within 3–8 weeks, with mass production in 4–10 weeks.

ERDI primarily provides laser rangefinder modules across three wavelengths—905nm, 1535nm (erbium glass), and 1064nm—covering applications from consumer to military grade. Are ERDI’s laser products suitable for harsh or military environments?
Yes. ERDI has extensive defense project experience. Our 1535nm and 1064nm modules pass strict vibration, temperature, shock, and humidity tests and operate reliably in desert, high-altitude, cold, and maritime environments.

Does ERDI offer long-range modules exceeding 10km?
Yes. ERDI provides 10–20km 1535nm long range laser rangefinder and 1064nm military target designator modules designed for UAV payloads, long-distance observation, target indication, and strike guidance.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer multiple shipping options based on the order’s size, weight, anddestination. Details will be provided at checkout or upon request.
Can l track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a trackingnumber. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at yourchosen destination.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance. ltis important to keep all packaging materials and paperwork until the issue isresolved.
What are your payment terms?
For domestic orders within China, payment is due within 30 days from theinvoice date. For international orders, payment must be made in full in CNY orUS dollars via wire transfer or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a bank.
What is your return policy?
If a product is defective or does not meet our stated specifications, pleasenotify us within 30 days of the invoice date and return the goods within 60days. Before returning a product, you must obtain a RETURNAUTHORIZATION MATERIAL NUMBER (ERDl) from us.
