The ERDI LASER® MINI-100 Erbium Laser is a compact micro laser based on Er:Yb-doped phosphate glass and pumped by a semiconductor laser. Operating at 1535nm, it is an eye-safe laser (Class 1). With a miniature size of 14.5×6.3×4.37 mm³ and lightweight 2.5g design, it delivers pulse energy ≥100μJ at 1–10Hz, making it ideal for laser ranging and LiDAR applications.
